It seems I heard that a cold shower after working with insulation will wash it off and stop the itching. I was told a hot shower opens the pores and let's the insulation stick to you better. But don't hold me to it, you might see if you can find anything out about it yourself. But you know a cold shower might make it nippely. 🤩 Anything worth doing is worth doing right
