 Very well put and inasmuch as entitlement at times may seem out of control or on the rise.The real problem of entitlement comes from those who encourage the behavior by putting up with it or just being to ignorant or blind to recognise it.

Your four ways of dealing with the entitled are certainly good tools .Education is the key as it may help to increase the effectiveness of
aforementioned encouragers to see the light of day on the subject.

I have always taken the steps to beat them at the pass,if I may,by simply using
CRAP ON YOUR NOISE!
Using more than all the road!
